Maybe we can help sort things out! It is a very common thing for people to forget their username and password. Microsoft Windows is very good at remembering your password for you. So good that most people have completely forgotten their password (or even their username). Fortunately, most people seem to know their email address.

It is also a common misconception that your email address is your username.

Here's an example:
   jsmith@rtccom.net is John Smith's email address.

In the example above, jsmith is actaully the username (rtccom.net is the domain name).
